Optolevel® PRID Tag

The Optolevel® PRID Tag is the digital data storage of the Optolevel® PRID system. It holds the information about the installation location. It is designed to fulfill the requirements of the European standard 14116:2012.

PRID Tags need to be installed at the service station and at the terminal’s loading gantry in order to take full advantage of the Optolevel® PRID system. No extra cabling is required because the Optolevel® PRID-unit uses the conducting product hose to communicate with the PRID Tag. The PRID Tag is powered by an intrinsically safe electric current through this communication line.
