Optolevel® 5-Wire Optic Sensor
The 5-Wire Optic Sensor is for Liquid Level Detection. The sensors can be used for overfill prevention e.g. on road tankers, storage tanks, and rail cars.
Optolevel Optic sensors have ATEX-certification and are intended to be used with other Optolevel products. They are in conformity with EN 13922 standard. There are two sizes of the 5-wire optic sensors available 18 and 24 mm. The sensor can be installed on a mounting pipe (JP18 or JP24) for the level monitoring. This is the most basic solution for controlling overfills.
